Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports the body’s natural ability to repair, recover, and rebalance.

Here’s what to expect:
Initial chat: We’ll discuss your symptoms, health goals, and any relevant medical history.
Personalised session: You’ll lie fully clothed on the PEMF mat while targeted applicators are placed on or near areas of concern (e.g. joints, back, head, abdomen).
Relax & restore: Sessions last around 40-60 minutes. Most clients feel deeply relaxed - some even fall asleep!
Aftercare support: I’ll check in with you after your first session and throughout your programme to adjust as needed and help you get the best results.
