Nutritional Therapy

Holistic nutritional therapy can help with bloating, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, joint pain, low mood and more.

I take a holistic, root-cause approach that looks at the whole picture of your health - not just the symptoms. Together, we’ll explore your health and family history, lifestyle, food habits, and any previous test results (including GP blood work, if available). Where appropriate, I may also recommend functional lab testing such as stool, urine, or hormone analysis to uncover hidden imbalances.

Here’s how it works:

  • We start with an in-depth health and lifestyle assessment

  • I review your food diaries, symptoms, history, and any relevant lab results

  • Functional testing (e.g. gut, hormones, nutrients) may be recommended if needed

  • You receive a personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan

  • We check in weekly to review symptoms and fine-tune your plan as your body adapts

  • You get sustainable recommendations tailored to your life - not a rigid “diet plan”

This isn’t about fads or quick fixes. It’s about working with your unique physiology to help you feel better, long term.

You’ll also have access to:

  • Weekly food diary reviews and accountability

  • Personalised recipe books and meal planning support

  • Unlimited access to me via our secure client app for ongoing guidance

Add-on: PEMF Sessions for Deeper Support

To enhance your results, you can also combine your nutrition programme with PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields), a gentle, non-invasive method that supports:

  • Improved sleep and energy

  • Pain and inflammation reduction

  • Faster recovery and healing

  • Nervous system and mood regulation

PEMF is available during in-person appointments for local clients or as part of a bespoke
retreat-style intensive if you're travelling from further afield. I’ll guide you on whether it’s suitable for you.

If you're ready to take control of your health in a calm, supportive environment, nutritional therapy could be the shift you’ve been looking for. Please get in touch to book a free call to discuss.

FAQ’s

Here are some common questions I get about nutritional therapy.

  • This varies from person to person, depending on your starting point and the complexity of your symptoms. Many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, or sleep within a few weeks. Longer-term or chronic issues may take a little more time – but with consistent support, real change is possible.

  • Not necessarily. Functional tests (e.g. stool, hormone, or nutrient analysis) are optional and only recommended if they can offer meaningful insights into your symptoms. We also review any recent test results from your GP to avoid unnecessary costs.

  • If supplements are appropriate for your health plan, I’ll provide personalised recommendations tailored to your needs. While the cost of supplements is not included in the programme, you’ll receive access to practitioner-only brands at a discounted rate through my account.

  • No. This is not about rigid rules or restriction. Your plan is tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and health goals. The aim is to make small, realistic changes that feel sustainable, not overwhelming. If a lab tests shows you have a severe intolerance to certain foods, I will recommend you remove these temporarily to see if it helps.

  • Yes! Nutritional therapy takes a whole-body approach, so we look at all aspects of your lifestyle, not just what’s on your plate. Whether you’re struggling with poor sleep, low energy, or want to improve your exercise performance and recovery, we can tailor your plan to support better rest, balanced energy, and more consistent movement. Small shifts in nutrition, stress management, and daily habits can make a big difference.

  • PEMF is a gentle, non-invasive method that can support recovery, reduce pain, improve sleep, and enhance your body’s response to nutrition. It can be added to regular in-person sessions or experienced as part of a retreat-style intensive if you're travelling from further afield. It was a game-changer for me and I love offering it to my nutrition clients.
